**Customer Supplied Garment Waiver** We primarily work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use clothing and items in our embroidery that have been tested and proven to provide quality embroidery or screen printing. Machines can be fickle at times and sometimes eat (destroy) garments. Very rarely during the decoration process, a garment or item will be damaged. If we have supplied the garment or item, we have calculated a margin of error in the cost and will replace it. WE CANNOT REPLACE GARMENTS OR ITEMS WE HAVE NOT SOLD OR PROVIDED. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is. Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware and agree to the possibility. IMPORTANT: Any changes or corrections needed must please be submitted via e-mail. We DO NOT allow any changes over the phone, so please kindly reply back for any revisions. 100% Payment must be received to begin job. We do not do any refunds only exchange or store credit. Zelle Payments to info@whateverink.com Whatever Ink owns all screens, films, & separation files for output. Any job older than 1 (ONE) Year, will be destroyed, new screens will be needed. IMPORTANT: Any changes or corrections needed on a design must please be emailed back. We DO NOT allow any changes over the phone, so please kindly reply back for any revisions. (this does not apply for hourly session designs - any changes or revisions must be done during your next session) We do not do any refunds only exchange. APPROVAL: I have reviewed the design and proof read all text. Any mistakes or misspellings will be my responsibility and by sending a approval via email I relieve Whatever Ink of all liability, and hold only myself (Client) to blame for any mistakes and misspellings. It is clear that it is not the designers job to proof read any content given by client, what so ever.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either exchange or obtain store credit. Written communication of dissatisfaction of your purchase must be made within 14 days of the time order completion. Returned/exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
